Pivotal was founded by design professionals with a desire to provide customers customized solutions without the corporate burden of billing clients for unnecessary tasks and overhead.
Our staff has proved excellence in managing projects from cradle to grave while providing value engineering which saved our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our staff was essential in helping the City of New Orleans expedit its recovery post Hurricane Katrina by handling and completing over 50 critical FEMA funded projects, 7000 structural inspections and 4500 asbestos evaluations.
The majority of Pivotal's staff has extensive construction as well as design experience. This minimizes contractor change orders, expedites the project schedule, and improves the project quality.
